Chairman Stokes : "Did u find his ring"? Marina Oswald : "Yes sir" Chairman Stokes : "Did u tell Miss Johnson this" ? "Oh no she thought, Lee never took his ring off, not even on his grimiest manual jobs. She had seen him wearing it the night before. Marina suddenly realized what it meant. Lee had not shot the President spontaneously, he had intended to do it when he left for work. Marina told no one about Lee's ring" Did u tell Miss Johnson that"? Marina Oswald : "Yes"

Reading from P.J. McMillan's "Marina & Lee" Chairman Stokes : "Marina was now certain that Lee was guilty. She saw his guilt in his eyes & had he been innocent, he would have been screaming to high heaven for his rights, demanding to see officials at the very highest levels, just as he had always done before. The fact he was so compliant, told her he was being treated all right, was a sign that he was guilty."Stokes : "Did you tell Ms Johnson that? Marina Oswald : "Yes"

The most damning testimony about LHO came from his wife Marina. CTer authors have attacked this testimony, pointing out that Marina was a recent immigrant to the US, was fearful of the authorities & spoke English very poorly. These criticisms are well taken, but they don't apply to her testimony before the HSCA. 8/14/78 Vol II pp 301/2 in which Marina tells of her endorsement of P.J. McMillan's "Marina and Lee" as accurate.

Later that afternoon, LHO dropped a more problematic clue while beingled through a hallway at the Dallas jail. As he faced the assembledreporters, he clenched his right fist, raising it upwards in what appearedto be a salute of some kind. At least one reporter thought that LHO was simply displaying his handcuffs. (15H382) Or MC ring ? But the gesture is clearly conscious, and it was understood by Oswald's ideological enemies, the right, as being a Communist salute. (ex. : CE1803, 23H434.)

11/22/63. Arrested inside the TT, 2 hrs after the assassin. LHO's dualism 1st manifested w/the claim of "patsy"hood. He punched Officer McDonald in the face , then tried to pull his pistol, was restrained & handcuffed. He would confess to his mother/wife/others, that the lumps he received were justified. Led from the TT, he shouted to the throng, "I protest this police brutality!" In the public eye now, it was LHO's 1st step toward fostering a public image at odds w/the actual situation.

@LHOdidntdoit "LHO was the patsy he said he was"OK Good Enough. Now lets pick up the pieces of this broken logic. Best case scenario : Ozzie is a "patsy", he knows nothing of the ppl who set him up, implicite in his "patsyhood" statement. Guarding him until execution would be top priority, then case closed forever. Ruby silences Ozzie to prevent conspiracy from leaking then starts blabbering about a conspiracy to kill JFK, according to whatever of the 2200 CT's generated so far. What happened?

ok if were talking kennedy, LHO did not take any shots, at least any that mattered

@cdddraftsman LHO was the patsy he said he was.Executive action section of CIA had a heavy hand and probably hired the shooters. It actually was a well planned/executed silent coup.Could NEVER get away with the same thing today in the same way.Its one of my earliest childhood memories, being sent home from school very early that day. Also remember being pissed my Saturday AM cartoons weren't on the next day.I was only 6 and didnt pick up on the "finer points" of it all till many yrs later.
